The touring name returned in 2002 as the V92TC Touring Cruiser, tied to Victory’s revised model naming and the introduction of the Freedom V-Twin era. In 2003, Victory formally renamed its 2003 motorcycles and the touring model became the Victory Touring Cruiser.
