2. Information You Provide to WhipPotion
We collect information that you voluntarily provide when you create an account, build a profile, upload content, communicate with us, or otherwise use the Service.
2.1 Account Registration Information
When you create a WhipPotion account, we may collect:

- Password or password-derived authentication data.

- Other information required to register or secure an account.
Passwords are stored using secure one-way hashes. Website authentication uses secured sessions. Mobile authentication uses cryptographically random, revocable bearer tokens; only SHA-256 token hashes are stored server-side. WhipPotion does not need to know or display your original password to authenticate your account.
2.2 Profile Information
You may choose to provide profile information such as:
- Profile photograph.
- Cover photograph.
- Biography.
- General location.
- Personal or business website.
- Garage or business information.
- Social links or other identifiers.
- Additional profile details made available through the Service.
Certain profile information may be optional. Information you choose to publish may be visible to other users and members of the public.
2.3 Vehicle and Garage Information
When you add a vehicle to your digital garage, we may collect information such as:
- Vehicle year, make, model, and trim.
- Vehicle type or category.
- Color and appearance information.
- Engine or drivetrain information.
- Vehicle modifications and upgrades.
- Build descriptions and specifications.
- Vehicle photographs and videos.
- Maintenance, restoration, or performance details.
- Any other vehicle information you choose to publish.
You should avoid publishing sensitive identifying information such as complete vehicle identification numbers, registration documents, insurance documents, home addresses, keys, security codes, or other information that could increase the risk of theft, fraud, or misuse.

2.5 Future Paid Features
WhipPotion does not currently offer paid subscriptions or process subscription payments. Paid subscriptions or features may be introduced in the future. Applicable pricing, payment terms, and privacy disclosures will be provided before or when those features launch.
3. User Content and Public Information
WhipPotion is a social platform. Information you publish through public portions of the Service may be available to other users, visitors, search engines, and third parties.
3.1 Public Profile Information
Depending on your account settings and the features you use, public information may include:
- Your username.
- Your garage name.
- Your profile and cover photographs.
- Your biography and general location.
- Your website or social links.
- Your vehicles and digital garage.
- Your public follower and following information.
- Your public account activity.
3.2 Posts and Media
Public posts may include:
- Photographs.
- Videos.
- Captions.
- Status updates.
- Vehicle information.
- Comments and replies.
- Likes, shares, and other interactions.
Public content may be viewed, copied, saved, shared, quoted, embedded, linked to, or captured by other users or third parties.
Although WhipPotion may provide tools for deleting or restricting content, we cannot control copies that other users or third parties created before the content was deleted or restricted.
3.3 Search Engines
Public profiles, vehicle pages, and public posts may be indexed by search engines and may appear in external search results.
Search engines may continue displaying cached or archived information for a period of time after content is changed or removed from WhipPotion.
3.4 Information About Other People
You should only upload or publish personal information about another person when you have the right or permission to do so.
You are responsible for respecting the privacy, publicity, intellectual property, and other legal rights of persons appearing in your photographs, videos, posts, or communications.
4. Information Collected Automatically
When you access or use the Service, WhipPotion and its service providers may automatically collect technical, usage, and device information.
4.1 Device and Browser Information
This information may include:
- Internet Protocol address.
- Browser type and version.
- Operating system.
- Device type.
- Language and regional settings.
- Screen size and display information.
- Device or browser identifiers.
- Mobile carrier or network information.

- Apply bilateral blocks and suppress blocked interactions.
- Enforce moderation status, suspensions, and bans.

This does not mean advertising is currently active.

Processing may be necessary to provide the Service you requested, maintain your account, publish your content, operate your garage, and deliver platform features.

- Securing the Service.
- Preventing fraud and abuse.
- Improving features and performance.
- Providing customer support.
- Understanding Service usage.
- Protecting users and WhipPotion.
Where required, we consider whether those interests are outweighed by your privacy rights.
7.3 Consent
We may rely on your consent for certain activities, such as optional marketing communications, precise-location access, nonessential cookies, or other processing where consent is required.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent, subject to applicable law.
7.4 Legal Obligations
We may process information when necessary to comply with legal, regulatory, accounting, tax, safety, or law enforcement obligations.
7.5 Protection of Rights and Safety
We may process information when necessary to protect the vital interests, legal rights, safety, or security of a user, WhipPotion, or another person.
10. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising
WhipPotion does not currently sell personal information in exchange for money. Some laws define “sale” or “sharing” to include certain advertising or analytics arrangements even when no money is exchanged.
Advertising is planned but is not represented as currently active. If WhipPotion enables Google AdSense, other Google advertising services, cross-context behavioral advertising, audience matching, or another activity treated as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, WhipPotion will update this Policy and provide notices and choices required by applicable law.
11. Data Retention
WhipPotion retains information for as long as reasonably needed to operate and secure the Service, administer accounts and contests, resolve disputes, enforce its rules, meet legal obligations, and preserve moderation and fraud-prevention integrity. Retention varies according to the information and the reason it is held.
11.1 Active Account Information
Account, profile, garage, vehicle, post, media, interaction, and authentication information may be retained while an account is active and as needed to provide the Service.
11.2 Account Deletion and User Content
Account deletion is request-based and processed in stages. Processing may delete profile data, posts, post media, vehicles, uploads, likes, shares, follows, blocks, notifications, mobile tokens, and other account-linked information supported by the deletion process.
11.3 Anonymized Comments and Contest History
Comments may remain in anonymized form when removing the row would break a conversation. The former identity and original text are replaced with “Deleted account” and “Comment removed.” Identifiers, timestamps, thread relationships, reply counts, and replies from other users may remain. Finalized contest entries, rankings, ratings, prizes, and approved vehicle snapshots may remain under a “Deleted entrant” identity when needed to preserve contest integrity.
11.4 Safety, Security, and Operational Records
Limited deletion-request, login, security, fraud-prevention, abuse, report, moderation, suspension, ban, legal, backup, and operational records may be retained when reasonably necessary. Retained records are not maintained as an active public account.
11.5 Copies Outside WhipPotion
Copies previously saved, shared, indexed, cached, or published by other people or third parties may remain beyond WhipPotion's control.
12. Information Security
WhipPotion uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse.
Safeguards may include:
- Password hashing.
- Hashed storage, expiration, and revocation of mobile authentication tokens.
- Account-status and pending-deletion authentication enforcement.
- Secure session handling.
- Access controls.
- File-type and upload validation.
- Logging and suspicious-activity monitoring.
- Software updates and security patches.
- Backup and recovery processes.
- Restricted administrative access.
- Encryption where appropriate and available.
No method of transmission over the internet and no storage system is completely secure. WhipPotion cannot guarantee that unauthorized persons will never defeat our safeguards.
12.1 Your Security Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Using a strong and unique password.
- Keeping your login credentials confidential.
- Logging out of shared or public devices.
- Keeping your email account secure.
- Reviewing suspicious account activity.
- Promptly reporting unauthorized access.
WhipPotion will never need your original password to provide customer support.
12.2 Security Incidents
If WhipPotion identifies a security incident involving personal information, we may investigate, contain, remediate, document, and provide notices as required by applicable law.
13. Account Controls and User Choices
WhipPotion may provide settings and controls that allow you to manage certain information and account preferences.
13.1 Updating Account Information
You may update certain profile and account information through your account settings.
You are responsible for keeping your email address and other important account information accurate and current.
13.2 Managing Public Content
You may manage information through the controls currently available for the relevant feature. Available controls include supported profile edits, vehicle management, following, blocking, reporting, signing out, and account-deletion requests. Not every type of User Content currently has an individual edit or deletion control.
Deleting content from WhipPotion does not guarantee deletion of copies previously saved, shared, indexed, archived, or captured by others.
13.3 Email Preferences
You may opt out of certain promotional emails by using the unsubscribe instructions provided in those messages.
You may continue receiving account, security, transactional, support, and legal communications that are necessary to operate the Service.
13.4 Browser and Device Controls
Your browser or device may provide controls for cookies, storage, notifications, camera access, media access, and location permissions.
Restricting these permissions may affect the availability of certain Service features.
13.5 Do Not Track Signals
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting. Because there is not currently a universally accepted standard for responding to these signals, WhipPotion may not respond to ordinary Do Not Track signals.
Where required by law, WhipPotion may recognize legally valid opt-out preference signals, such as the Global Privacy Control.
14. Account Deletion
You may request deletion in the Android app through Profile, Settings & Account, and Delete Account, or without the app through the public account-support process. An authenticated mobile request requires the current password, revokes all mobile tokens after acceptance, and prevents continued authentication while the request is active. Support requests require reasonable account verification. Never send a password by email or contact form.
Deletion is processed in stages rather than immediately. Processing may remove or detach profile information, posts, media, garages, vehicles, uploads, likes, shares, follows, blocks, notifications, and other account-linked records.
Some comments and contest records may remain anonymized to preserve thread or finalized contest integrity. Retained comments display “Deleted account” and “Comment removed,” while their thread relationships and replies may remain. Finalized contest information may remain under “Deleted entrant.” Limited security, fraud-prevention, reporting, moderation, deletion-processing, backup, legal, and operational records may also remain when reasonably necessary.

15. Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable law, you may have rights regarding your personal information.
These rights may include the right to:
- Request access to personal information.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of certain information.
- Request a portable copy of certain information.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
- Opt out of certain sales, sharing, or targeted advertising.
- Appeal certain privacy-request decisions.
- Receive equal service without unlawful discrimination.
Privacy rights are not absolute. A request may be denied or limited where an exception applies, including where information must be retained for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, free expression, or legal claims.

Where permitted by law, you may authorize another person to submit a privacy request on your behalf.
WhipPotion may require proof of authorization and may also verify your identity directly.
15.4 Response Timing
WhipPotion will respond within the period required by applicable law. We may extend the response period where permitted and will provide notice when an extension is necessary.
15.5 Appeals
If applicable law provides a right to appeal a denied privacy request, instructions for submitting an appeal will be included in our response.
16. United States State Privacy Rights
Certain United States privacy laws provide residents of qualifying states with additional rights regarding personal information.
The availability and scope of these rights depend on your state of residence, the type of information involved, and whether WhipPotion is subject to the applicable law.
These rights may include the right to:

WhipPotion will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

WhipPotion does not currently sell personal information for monetary compensation.
If WhipPotion later engages in conduct treated as a sale or sharing under California law, we will provide any required opt-out method, including an appropriate "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" mechanism where required.
16.2 Sensitive Personal Information
WhipPotion does not currently request highly sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, financial-account credentials, precise geolocation, biometric identifiers, or health information as part of ordinary account registration.
Users should not publish sensitive personal information in profiles, posts, photographs, videos, comments, vehicle records, or public communications.
16.3 Privacy Request Metrics
If applicable law requires WhipPotion to publish statistics regarding privacy requests, we may provide information regarding the number of requests received, completed, denied, and the average response time.
17. Age Requirement and Children's Privacy
WhipPotion is intended only for people who are at least 16 years old. Anyone under 16 may not create or maintain an account.
If WhipPotion learns that an account belongs to someone under 16, it may restrict or remove the account and associated information. A parent, guardian, or other person who believes an under-16 user has an account may contact whipjuice1576@gmail.com with enough information to identify the account without including unnecessary sensitive information.
18. International Users
WhipPotion is operated from the United States.
If you access the Service from another country, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other countries where WhipPotion or its service providers operate.
Privacy and data-protection laws in those countries may differ from the laws in your country of residence.
Where required by applicable law, WhipPotion will use legally recognized safeguards for international transfers of personal information.

WhipPotion does not control and is not responsible for the privacy, security, content, or data practices of third parties.
You should review the privacy policies and terms of third-party services before providing information or interacting with them.
19.1 Embedded Media
Embedded videos, maps, social posts, advertisements, or similar content may allow the third-party provider to collect device, cookie, usage, or account information.
Where required, WhipPotion may request consent before activating nonessential embedded technologies.
19.2 User-Provided Links
Users may include links in profiles, posts, comments, vehicle pages, or other content.
WhipPotion does not verify or endorse every user-provided link. You should use caution before visiting an unfamiliar website or providing information to another person or service.
20. Automated Processing and Content Organization
Current WhipPotion features primarily organize content using explicit account relationships, recency, categories, search terms, account status, blocking relationships, and moderation status. Home content is based on the authenticated user and accounts that user follows. Explore and Search use their stated discovery and query criteria.
WhipPotion does not currently claim an automated moderation decision system or a recommendation system that makes decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects. If materially different automated processing is introduced, WhipPotion will update this Policy and provide any notice or rights required by law.
21. Data Breach and Security Notifications
If WhipPotion becomes aware of unauthorized access to personal information, we may investigate the incident and take reasonable steps to contain and remediate it.
Where required by law, WhipPotion may notify affected users, governmental authorities, regulators, or other parties.
Notifications may be delivered through email, account notices, website notices, postal mail, or another legally permitted method.
You are responsible for maintaining an accurate email address so that WhipPotion can send important account and security communications.

WhipPotion may receive subpoenas, warrants, court orders, preservation requests, regulatory demands, or other legal requests for information.
