1. Request Deletion in the Android App
- Open your own Profile.
- Open Settings & Account.
- Select Delete Account.
- Review the warning, explicitly confirm, and enter your current password.
When the request is accepted, WhipPotion revokes mobile authentication tokens, prevents continued mobile authentication, and places the verified request into the deletion process. Submitting a request does not mean every deletion step is completed immediately.
2. Request Deletion Without the App
You do not need to open or reinstall the Android app. Email whipjuice1576@gmail.com or use the public contact form and select Account Support. State that you are requesting account deletion and provide the username and account email needed to locate the account. Do not send your password.
Verification: WhipPotion may request information reasonably necessary to confirm that you control the account. Never send your password through email or the contact form.
3. Request and Processing Stages
A deletion request may move through pending, verification, processing, completion, or another resolution state used to operate and audit the deletion workflow. Access is disabled after an authenticated mobile request is accepted. Support-originated requests must be verified before account-specific processing.
Processing performs explicit cleanup steps. A failed or incomplete step may be recorded for review and retry rather than silently treated as completed.
4. Information Deleted or Detached
Depending on the account's activity and the records present, processing may delete or detach profile information, posts, post media, vehicles, vehicle uploads, profile and cover uploads, likes, shares, follows, blocks, notifications, mobile tokens, and other account-linked service data. Vehicle links on surviving records may be detached where required. Files are removed only from validated account-specific upload locations.
5. Anonymized Information That May Remain
Some records may remain in anonymized form when deleting the row would break a conversation thread or finalized contest history. A retained comment may keep its identifier, timestamp, thread relationship, and reply structure while replacing the former identity with “Deleted account” and the text with “Comment removed.” Replies from other users beneath that comment may remain.
Finalized contest entries, rankings, ratings, prizes, or approved vehicle snapshot fields may remain under a non-identifying “Deleted entrant” label when needed to preserve contest integrity. The deleted user's public profile and private account identity are not exposed through that retained record.
6. Limited Records That May Be Retained
WhipPotion may retain limited deletion-request records, security logs, fraud-prevention information, reports, moderation history, legal records, backup copies, and operational evidence when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, dispute handling, abuse prevention, system integrity, or documenting that a deletion request was processed. Retained information is not kept as an active public account.
7. Important Consequences
- Deletion is permanent once processed and the account cannot be restored through the deletion workflow.
- Prior follows and other relationships are not restored.
- Information previously copied, downloaded, or shared by other people may remain outside WhipPotion's control.
- Deletion is processed in stages; WhipPotion does not promise immediate or total erasure of every record.
- No fixed completion period is promised on this page.
