Introduced for the 2008 model year, this was the touring version of Victory’s futuristic Vision platform and stood apart from more traditional American baggers with its sharply styled bodywork, integrated hard luggage, low-mounted seating position, and integrated fairing. It was part of a broader Vision family that also included other variants, but the Tour nameplate identified the long-distance touring configuration. The model remained in production through the 2015 model year, after which it was discontinued as Victory’s lineup evolved toward the later Cross Country-based touring models. For riders, it became known as one of the brand’s most distinctive road-going designs, combining full-dress touring comfort with a deliberately unconventional silhouette that made it instantly recognizable on the road.
