1. Who May Participate
WhipPotion is for people age 16 or older. Users under 16 may not create or maintain an account.
2. Respect People
- No harassment or bullying. Do not target people with repeated abuse, humiliation, unwanted sexual remarks, or coordinated harassment.
- No hate speech. Do not attack, dehumanize, or promote exclusion or violence based on protected characteristics.
- No threats or glorification of violence. Credible threats, instructions to harm someone, and celebration of real-world violence are prohibited.
3. Protect Vulnerable People
- Sexual content. Do not post sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, or explicit sexual material outside any clearly permitted context.
- Child safety. Sexualization, grooming, exploitation, or endangerment of minors is strictly prohibited and may be reported to appropriate authorities.
- Self-harm. Do not encourage, instruct, celebrate, or pressure another person toward suicide or self-injury. Supportive discussion and recovery-oriented resources are permitted.
4. Be Authentic and Lawful
- No spam or scams. Do not use deceptive promotions, phishing, fake giveaways, malicious links, repetitive unsolicited content, or fraudulent sales tactics.
- No impersonation. Do not misrepresent yourself as another person, garage, company, official, or WhipPotion representative.
- Respect privacy. Do not publish private addresses, contact information, financial data, access credentials, full VINs, tracking information, or other personal data without authorization.
- No illegal activity. Do not use WhipPotion to facilitate theft, fraud, trafficking, dangerous street racing, evasion of law enforcement, or other unlawful conduct.
- Respect intellectual property. Share only media and material you own or are authorized to use. Credit alone does not replace permission.
5. Automotive Community Conduct
Debate builds, brands, performance choices, and repair approaches without attacking people. Do not encourage unsafe modifications, reckless public-road behavior, odometer or title fraud, stolen-part trading, or exposure of vehicle security details. Clearly distinguish personal experience from professional mechanical or safety advice.
6. Reporting and Blocking
Use in-app reporting for posts, comments, and accounts that may violate these Guidelines. Use blocking to prevent bilateral access and interaction. Do not submit knowingly false, retaliatory, or repetitive reports. If you cannot use the app, contact support through the public contact page.
7. Moderation and Enforcement
WhipPotion may reduce access to, hide, or remove content; restrict interactions; preserve relevant evidence; suspend accounts; or ban accounts. Serious or urgent harm may result in immediate action. Decisions may consider severity, context, intent, prior conduct, and risk to people or the Service.
Blocking does not automatically delete historical data. Material may remain stored while becoming inaccessible through the Service. Illegal or imminent-danger matters may be escalated where required or appropriate.
8. Appeals and Contact
If you believe an enforcement decision was made in error, send a concise request to whipjuice1576@gmail.com or through the contact page. Identify the affected account or content and explain why review is warranted. This creates a review request; it does not guarantee reversal or a particular response time.
