Outlaw

Polaris introduced the Outlaw nameplate in 2006 with the Outlaw 500, a performance-focused sport ATV aimed at riders who wanted more aggressive trail and recreational capability than the company’s utility-oriented machines. The lineup quickly evolved into 525-based variants, including IRS and solid-rear-axle versions, which helped define the model’s reputation as a serious sport quad in the mid-to-late 2000s. As Polaris expanded its youth ATV lineup, the Outlaw badge was later carried over to smaller models such as the Outlaw 50, 70, 90 and 110, giving the nameplate a second identity in the brand’s family of kid-friendly machines. Today, Outlaw remains associated with Polaris youth ATVs, while the original adult sport quads are remembered as part of the company’s early high-performance four-wheeler era.
