Roadster

The Roadster name at Lamborghini has appeared in distinct eras rather than as one continuous model line. The earliest example was the one-off Miura Roadster, shown in 1968 as a dramatic open-top interpretation of the mid-engine Miura. Lamborghini later traced its roadster concept to the 1980 Anthon show car, which helped shape the brand’s thinking about open-air super sports cars. After a long gap, the nameplate returned in the modern few-off era with the Reventón Roadster in 2009, followed by other rare open-top halo cars such as the Veneno Roadster, Centenario Roadster and Sián Roadster. Across those separate periods, Roadster has signified some of the marque’s most exclusive and emotionally focused cars, usually emphasizing extreme design, limited production and the experience of open-air V12 performance.
