Introduced for the 1993 model year, this nameplate expanded Kawasaki’s early MULE utility-vehicle lineup with a turf-oriented version of the 2500 series. It was positioned as a quieter, lighter-footprint work vehicle, using a liquid-cooled V-twin powertrain, sound-insulated packaging and turf tires to suit applications where minimizing ground disturbance mattered as much as hauling ability. In Kawasaki’s own MULE history, it followed the launch of the 2510 and helped establish the 2500 family as a more refined alternative to the earlier, more basic utility machines.
The model’s life was tied to the original 2500-era MULEs built through the end of that decade, after which Kawasaki moved on to the 3000-series generation. It did not reappear as a revived standalone nameplate in a later, separate production era.
