This narrow-track three-wheeled 50cc scooter arrived in North America for the 1984 model year as the first U.S.-market version of the Gyro family. It stood apart from conventional two-wheel scooters with its tilting front end and compact rear cargo platform, giving it a very unusual footprint for city use and short-distance errands. The design was aimed more at practical commuting and utility than sporty riding, and its distinctive layout made it memorable even though sales were limited. For the U.S. market, this early version was a one-year offering before the lineup shifted to a different Gyro variant for 1985 and 1986.
