Valiant

Aston Martin Valiant is a very low-volume, track-focused, road-legal special edition developed by Q by Aston Martin. The car was revealed in 2024 and was conceived from a personal commission by Fernando Alonso, who asked Aston Martin for a more extreme, race-car-inspired interpretation of the Valour. Aston Martin positioned Valiant as a purist, front-engine V12 special that pushes the brand’s heritage-inspired performance formula further toward motorsport. The model is notable for its manual transmission, lightweight construction, and aggressive aero-led bodywork, all intended to sharpen the driving experience rather than create a conventional grand tourer. Aston Martin stated production would be strictly limited to 38 cars globally, making Valiant one of the marque’s most exclusive modern specials. In the company’s lineup, it sits in the long tradition of rare Aston Martin halo projects that blend old-school front-engined character with contemporary materials and track development. Valiant’s design also draws on historic Aston Martin racing themes, including references to the Le Mans-era Muncher car, which helps place it firmly in the brand’s enthusiast-focused special-edition lineage.
