Polaris continued to market it under the Turbo R name through 2024, offering it in multiple trims and keeping the formula focused on wide-open performance, refined chassis control, and a 74-inch stance that distinguished it from narrower trail machines. In Polaris’s 2025 RZR lineup announcement, the company said the Turbo R had been renamed RZR Pro S, which effectively ended the Turbo R nameplate after the 2024 model year.
For enthusiasts, this model marks the introduction of Polaris’s modern wide-open turbo platform in four-seat form. It is notable less as a long-running nameplate and more as a short, clearly defined era in the RZR lineup: launched as a fresh 2022 redesign, carried through 2024, and then replaced in name by the Pro S badge for 2025.
