This 750cc roadster-style cruiser was introduced for the 2010 model year as a more stripped-down, standard-bike take on Honda’s long-running Shadow 750 family. It shifted the Shadow formula away from the classic chrome-heavy cruiser look and toward a leaner, sportier stance, with a narrower chassis, exposed engine presentation, and a simpler overall silhouette. Honda positioned it as an approachable large-displacement motorcycle that still retained the familiar 745cc V-twin character associated with the broader Shadow line. In the U.S. market it was sold as the Shadow RS, while in Japan and some other markets it appeared as VT750S. The model remained in the lineup through the 2013 model year and then disappeared without a documented later revival of the same nameplate. It is remembered as one of the more distinctive Shadow 750 variants because it combined the family’s relaxed V-twin cruiser identity with roadster-inspired styling and a lighter visual presence than the more traditional Shadow models.
