Nighthawk 250

This small-displacement Honda standard was introduced to give beginner and commuter riders a simple, approachable street motorcycle wearing the Nighthawk name. In the U.S. market it appeared as the CB250 Nighthawk for the 1991 model year and remained in the lineup through 2008. Honda positioned it as a practical, upright road bike rather than a sport machine, with the Nighthawk badge linking it to a broader family of straightforward everyday motorcycles. Its long run made it one of the better-known 250 cc Honda standards in North America, and it became especially appreciated for its easygoing character, low-drama engineering, and reputation as a durable trainer or city bike. The model did not undergo a famous revival or a second separated production era; instead, it followed a single continuous production path before being discontinued after the 2008 model year.
