This luxury pickup was introduced for the 2002 model year as Lincoln’s first truck and one of the brand’s most unusual modern nameplates. It was based on the contemporary Ford F-150 SuperCrew, but wore Lincoln Navigator-inspired front-end styling and a distinctive, closed-off bed design that emphasized style and image over utility. The vehicle had a very short run. Sales in the United States ended after the 2002 model year, but Lincoln also built a limited 2003 model-year continuation for Mexico, so the nameplate spanned two model years in total.
